Film Tax Incentives Oregon
The Media Incentive Program in Oregon can rebate up to 20% of Oregon-based goods and services. Additional cash payments up to 16.2% of payable wages paid to production personnel working in the state can also be made available.
Oregon offers cash rebates instead of tax credits. The Local Oregon Production Investment Fund (L-OPIF) rebates for spends of minimum $75,000 up to the first $1,000,000 of production costs.
